Loan Payment & Debit Process:

Biweekly funds are electronically debited from our client's account through an Automatic Clearing House (ACH), following government regulated banking procedures. Those funds are then deposited into a FDIC-insured bank and held in a non-discretionary escrow account solely for the purposes of making client loan and principal payments.  Monthly payments are then automatically transferred from the escrow account to the client's lender, with an additional principal payment made approximately every six months. As stated above, one "extra" debit occurs approximately every six months. This process continues until the entire balance of the loan has been paid off, or until the client terminates their commitment with the National Interest Reduction Savings Program.
