Now that I have signed up what
happens next?
National Interest Reduction Service’s ACH partner will
electronically debit funds as specified on the enrollment form.
After your second debit, your monthly payment is forwarded to your
lender. Debit activity will appear on your bank statement with
Biweekly Management’s name and phone number.
What do I do with my coupon book?
Just hold on to it. Do not make any more payments using any of these
documents; we do this for you. You can now see the payment activity
on your secure site
by logging in.
What guarantee do I have that my payment will be made?
There has been an investment of over $400,000 in payment processing
software to ensure payments reach your lender. However, there are
rare occasions where the lender will lose a payment or post a
payment to the wrong account. National Interest Reduction Service
will research the payment and resolve any issue with the lender. If
there are any late fees due to our error, National Interest
Reduction Service in conjunction with their ACH partner, will get
them waived or pay the fees.
Is there a penalty for deleting from the program?
There is no penalty if you delete from the program. Only the
application fee that has been applied toward the enrollment will be
kept. Any additional funds being escrowed for purposes of your
interest or principal payment will be returned to you at no
additional fee.
