You can select a couple of ways to enroll,

  1. Click on the online enrollment form link, fill out the information and click submit. We will receive the information over our secure site and get you started. If we have any questions, we will contact you for clarification. You will then receive a welcome email letting you know your account is set up and ready to go. At that time, you may log in to your account and verify your information.
     

  2. Click on the download enrollment form link and print out the application. When you are ready, you may fax to our secure fax 866-939-9189, or mail it to PO Box 613, New Albany Ohio, 43054. As soon as we receive it, we will set your account up. If we have any questions, we will contact you for clarification. You will then receive a welcome email letting you know your account is set up and ready to go. At that time, log in to your account and verify your information.
     

  3. If you would rather one of our agents help you enroll, fill out the Customer Information Enrollment Form and submit. We will contact you at your convenience to answer your questions and get your information. Please have your loan and banking information handy, and it should only take about 10 minutes.
